Every aspect of the training is likely to be used in my organization because it hinges directly on what I do

 

The training has been educative with an excellent facilitator

 

The trainer was good, the materials were helpful and the content of the training was well organized

 

The training materials were helpful and time management was effective and environment well organized

 

Environment was very conducive for teaching and absorption, group discussions and presentations promoted active participation and trainer was very warm.

 

Questions were encouraged and trainees were given group discussions which aided in better understanding of the topics

 

Objectives about the training were met

 

The presentation was conducted within the timeframe

 

I like the ways in which participants are allowed to share their experiences in class and with others

 

The overall training was good and we’ve been refreshed on most of the things we were not doing

 

Well packaged handouts

 

It was a beautiful training, I appreciate everything learnt here and think my time spent here has been fruitful

 

It exposed usto more details about customer service management

 

It’s been a nice program which has equipped me so much that even in the future it will help me manage my small business
